The staff were very friendly and helpful. Dinner was really nice, as we ate in the restaurant. I loved the biscuits in the room, along with the tea and coffee facilities. It is nice to still have these little extras.

Mosquitoes were an issue. Cleaners were cleaning all day and I could hear them banging about. The surroundings of the hotel looked unkempt with lots of weeds, I found this disappointing.

the quiet location in the countryside pleased me. the fact there were no stairs was a plus. i also enjoyed the breakfast and found the staff nice. they helped me every time i asked.

the hotel has some staining patches on the carpet and some spiders on the ceiling. i saw that .

I found the spa facilities decent. The evening meal at the bar was very good as we forgot to book. The buffet breakfast had great value. My room was clean and its shower was hot with a good quality. It included plenty of tea and coffee.

I noticed some worn carpets in the public areas near the French windows.
